How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MarmotHome, then tap Cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period.

Does my device support room scanning?

MarmotHome requires a device with a LiDAR sensor for full 3D scanning. This includes iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models, and iPad Pro (2020 and later). Devices without LiDAR can use limited camera-based scanning.

Is my scan data sent to the cloud?

Your 3D scans and models stay on your device. Only structured room measurements are sent when you explicitly use AI design features. You can disable all cloud processing in Settings → AI Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

How accurate are the measurements?

LiDAR-based measurements are typically accurate within a few centimeters. Accuracy depends on room conditions, lighting, and scanning technique. Always verify with professional tools for critical measurements.

How do I export my 3D models?

Open any scan, tap the share icon, and choose your preferred format (USDZ 3D model, floor plan PDF, or measurement report).
